TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes
1/4-1/2 c. sweet milk
2 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper
Paprika (optional)
Grated cheese

Prick potatoes with fork. Scrub well; grease with vegetable shortening. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cut top from potatoes, lengthwise. Scoop out potato, reserving shell of potato, without taking all the inside. Combine potato, milk, butter, salt and pepper; mash until smooth. Spoon potato into shells; sprinkle with paprika or cheese. Bake 20-30 minutes longer. Yields 4 servings.
