HI HO CAKE 
1 box chocolate cake mix
1 can ready to spread frosting (chocolate)
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
5 oz. evaporated milk
2/3 c. Crisco
2 tsp. vanilla

Make cake as directed. After cake is cool - mix sugar, Crisco, butter, vanilla and evaporated milk. Beat until stiff about 10 minutes. Spread on cool cake. Put ready to spread frosting in microwave for 1 minute on high power. Pour over cake and filling. Refrigerate.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
