EASY SPAGHETTI SAUCE | |
1 1/2 to 2 lbs. ground round 3 cans Contadina tomato paste 1-2 cloves fresh garlic (or garlic powder) Oregano Parsley, salt and pepper 1 c. onion (chopped) 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (Kraft) Brown ground round and onions. Add seasoning (oregano, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper to taste). Mix 3 cans tomato paste in large bowl with 9 cans warm water and stir away clumps. Add to ground round in large skillet or saucepan. Add Parmesan cheese and simmer 3-6 hours. Will thicken. Add water if desired. |
