QUICHE 
6 1/2 oz. cooked, crumbled breakfast sausage (or bacon)
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
5 lg. eggs
1 1/4 c. half & half cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (9") unbaked pie shell

Sprinkle cheese into pie shell. Mix cream, eggs, salt, pepper and mushrooms; pour over cheese. Sprinkle meat over pie. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes until firm.
