BREAKFAST QUICHE 
2-3 cups shredded hash browns
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 cups of meat, sausage or ham
2 cups monterey jack cheese
2 cups cheddar cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. milk

Put hash browns in 9x13 pan. Drizzle over melted butter.

Bake 425°F for 35-40 minutes. Remove from oven add meat. Combine cheeses, eggs and milk. Pour over top of hash brown and bake for 30-45 minutes at 350°F.
