GEORGIAN CREAMED CHICKEN 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
10 oz. pkg. frozen peas
3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken
Recipe of cornbread

Saute the onion in the butter. Stir in the flour and milk, bring to a boil. Reduce the heat, blend in mayo and Velveeta cheese. Heat until Velveeta melts. Add frozen peas. Add cut up hard boiled eggs and chicken. Serve over cornbread squares. Serves 6.
