TOFU CORN BREAD 
1 lb. tofu, drained
3 tbsp. oil
1 c. dry milk powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. cornmeal

Combine in blender all ingredients except cornmeal. After blending, pour into large bowl and add cornmeal. Pour into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
