CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE | |
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken 1 c. chopped celery 1 med. onion 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 soup can liquid (milk, bouillon or water) 1 sm. can mushrooms (opt.) 5 1/2 oz. can chow mein noodles Mix all ingredients lightly; turn into well greased casserole. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly and lightly browned. If mixed cold and refrigerated, cooking time is 1 hour to 1 hour, 15 minutes. All ingredients, except noodles, may be heated on top of range in order to reduce cooking time 15 to 20 minutes. |
