CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
5 oz. can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup (if recipe is doubled, use chicken soup for 2nd can)
1/2 c. water
1 can tuna
1/4 c. cashews
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped onions
Salt and pepper
Chopped ripe olives (optional)

Mix, reserving some noodles and cashews to sprinkle on top. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Garnish with mandarin oranges last 5 minutes.
