CHOW MEIN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1-2 onions
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. minute rice, uncooked
1 1/2 c. celery
Salt & pepper
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. can chow mein noodles

Fry hamburger; add celery and onion; continue to cook until transparent. Add rest of ingredients except noodles. Place in baking dish and bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cover with noodles. Bake 1/2 hour.
