CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
Pepper & cayenne to taste
1 lb. crabmeat (more, if desired)

Mix first 4 ingredients. Mix next 4 ingredients. Then combine together. Pour into deep dish pie crust which has been partially baked. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. This is tasty!
