MEXICAN SHELLS 
Hamburger, cooked & crumbled
Spaghetti sauce or salsa
Mushrooms
Mozarella cheese
Soft tortilla shells
Sour cream, if desired

Slice shells in fourths. Mix hamburger, sauce and mushrooms together. Place mixture on tortilla shells, top with cheese. Heat until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream.

Sauce can be omitted, if desired.
