CHERRY STRUDEL 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 can pie filling
Powdered sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water

Cut flour and butter together. Add eggs, put 1 tablespoon of vinegar in 1/4 measuring cup, adding water to fill to 1/4 cup. Mix thoroughly and chill for 1 hour. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll on floured surface to thinness of 1/8". Put cherries on 1/3 of dough and roll in jelly roll fashion on cookie pan. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cool slightly before cutting.
