COUNTRY EGGS 
3 c. cubed French bread with crusts
3 c. cubed cooked ham (about 1 lb.)
3 c. cubed sharp cheese (about 1 lb.)
4 beaten eggs
1 tbsp. dry mustard
3 tbsp. flour
3 c. milk

In a 9 x 13 inch dish, place cubed bread. Place ham over that, and cheese on top of ham. Combine the eggs, dry mustard, flour, and milk. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Bring to room temperature before baking at 350 degrees for 30-45 minutes or until brown and bubbly. Bake uncovered. This dish will hold well in a warm oven and is great for brunch, buffets or pot lucks.
