1 c. butter, melted
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1/3 lb. graham crackers, crushed

Mix together and press in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Melt 12 ounce chocolate chips and spread on top, cut right away and cool.
