SUGARLESS MUFFINS 
2 c. All Bran Buds or All Bran
1 1/2 c. milk
Sweet, sour, or buttermilk
1/2 c. molasses
1 egg
1/2 c. raisins

Mix, let stand for 20 minutes, then add:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
