STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
1 pkg. angel food cake mix or 1 ready made cake
2 pts. strawberries, sliced
3 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2 c. half and half
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Cool Whip

GLAZE:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
2 tbsp. strawberry Jello

Bake cake according to directions. Cut into 1 inch slices.

Mix pudding and half and half and vanilla. Let sit until thickened.

Glaze: Cook sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook until clear and thick. Remove from heat and add Jello. Add sliced strawberries. Layer: cake, strawberries, pudding and repeat. Cover with Cool Whip. Garnish with strawberry fans.
