FLAMINGO CREAM 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 (10 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, sweetened
3 ripe bananas, mashed
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 or 11 oz.) sour cream

Dissolve Jello in large bowl with 2 cups boiling water. Combine other ingredients into Jello, except the sour cream. Pour half into large glass bowl, refrigerate until set. Carefully top with sour cream, then add remaining Jello mixture to bowl and refrigerate overnight.
