PUMPKIN CREAM PIE 
1 pkg. (6 servings) Jello vanilla pudding & pie filling
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 can (13 oz.) evaporated milk
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. pumpkin
1 baked & cooled 9" shell

Combine filling mix, sugar, spice, milk, egg and pumpkin in saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until a full boil bubbling. Remove and cool 5 minutes, stirring twice. Pour in shell. Cool 4 hours.
