BLENDER PUMPKIN PIE 
2 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. evaporated milk

Combine all ingredients and mix in blender on low speed for three minutes. Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife comes out dry.
