CHINESE CHICKEN 
2 c. chicken, diced
2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red onion
1/2 c. water
1 c. sliced pitted black olives
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix and pour into baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with rice or on top of rice. May top with Chinese noodles.
