BEANIE-WIENIE SANDWICH 
1 lb. loaf French bread
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
8 oz. can baked beans, drained
1/3 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. grated, processed American cheese
6 wieners, halved lengthwise
12 strips processed American cheese
12 slices dill pickles

Cut bread into halves, lengthwise. Place half loaf on cookie sheet.

Spread mustard on cut side of bread.

Combine beans, onion and brown sugar; spread over mustard and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Place on broiler rack about 6" below heat. Broil about 5 minutes or until cheese bubbles.

Place wieners, cut side up, on beans; top with cheese strips and pickle; broil 5 minutes longer. Cut and serve immediately. Serves 6.
