PEACH KUCHEN 
1 1/2 c. unsifted flour, divided
1/2 tsp. salt, divided
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sour cream, divided
4 c. peaches, peeled and sliced
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten (or 1 whole egg can be used)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix 1 1/3 cups flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly and butter evenly distributed. Stir 2 tablespoons of the sour cream into flour butter mixture. Turn mixture into 10 x 9 baking pan or 10 inch quiche pan. Pat evenly making crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Spread peaches on baked crust. Mix together remaining 2 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, sour cream, beaten egg, sugar and cinnamon. Pour over peaches. Bake about 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Serve warm. Cut into wedges.
