MANDARIN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines butter cake mix
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges and juice
4 eggs
1 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. Crisco oil

Mix together and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Divide into three layer baking pans.

ICING:

9 oz. Cool Whip
3 oz. instant vanilla pudding, dry
1 med. can crushed pineapple and juice

Mix all ingredients well and frost between layers and on top of cake. Do not frost sides.
