CHICKEN CACCIATORE 
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
1 lg. can tomato puree

Brown chicken breasts (sliced) in olive oil (about 2 tablespoons olive oil). Add onions, pepper, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook for 10 minutes over medium flame. Add 1 large can tomato puree. Cover and cook until done.
