POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 yellow cake mix
3 eggs
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding or coconut pudding
1/2 c. oil
2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. coconut; optional

Combine all ingredients, blending and stirring well. Grease 2 bread tins, pouring batter into broth.
