MOLDED APRICOT SALAD 
1 pkg. apricot Jello
2 c. apricot nectar, heated to boiling point
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 pt. sour cream

Mix first 3 ingredients. Pour 1/2 in mold and allow to set. Layer the sour cream on set Jello. Allow other 1/2 of Jello to partially set and then add mandarin oranges and halved white grapes. Pour over sour cream and chill. Serves 6.
