1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef 1 lg. onion, diced 1 green pepper, diced 1 stick butter 1 can corn 1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated 1 can mushroom soup 1 can tomato paste 1 pkg. flat noodles Boil noodles; set aside. Saute onion and pepper in butter. Remove from heat. Add tomato paste, noodles and corn. Place in large casserole dish or 2 small dishes. Spread soup over casserole and grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Freezes well. Freeze before cooking. Serves 8 to 10. |
