POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
12 whole chicken breasts, boiled and deboned OR
Boiled whole chicken and deboned
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. poppy seed
35 to 40 Ritz crackers
3/4 stick butter melted
1/4 c. cooking sherry

Use 2 (2-quart) greased casserole dishes. Mix soup, sour cream and sherry. Put layer of chicken in each dish. Pour soup mixture oven chicken.

Mix poppy seed and crushed crackers. Put over soup mixture. Pour melted butter over each dish. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
