POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
2 lb. chicken breast, cooked, boned, and cut in lg. pieces
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 stick butter, melted

Place chicken in shallow pan. Mix sour cream and soup and pour over. Mix cracker crumbs and poppy seeds with melted butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
