POPPY SEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts, cooked
2 c. Ritz crackers
3 tsp. poppy seeds
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 stick butter
1 c. sharp grated cheese

Mix chicken, mayonnaise, sour cream and spread in bottom of shallow pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Crumble crackers and poppy seeds. You may refrigerate for a day from this point to prepare ahead. Before cooking, melt butter and pour over top. Bake 25 minutes at 350 or until top is golden brown.
