CAPTAIN'S SOUP 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 lb. ground beef
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can celery soup, undiluted
1 can V-8 juice (24 oz.)
1 pkg. frozen soup vegetables or frozen mixed vegetables

Brown beef and onion. Drain fat. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until vegetables are done. Easily doubled. Can freeze.
