SHRIMP STIR FRY 
1/2 head bok choy
4 stalks celery
1 lg. bell pepper
1 bunch green onions
1 lb. white shrimp, peeled

Place 5 tablespoons of oil in wok or skillet, let it get hot. Then add onions and celery first stir fry for 2 or 3 minutes. Then add bell peppers for about 3 minutes. Then add your bok choy and shrimp. Cook until both are tender.
