SOFT WHITE DROP COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
1 c. Wesson oil (add last)
2 c. powdered sugar (do not mix with other ingredients)

Cream sugars and eggs; add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and milk alternately. Add Wesson oil. Drop by teaspoonsful on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until done. Let cool slightly and roll in powdered sugar.
