SOURDOUGH PANCAKES 
2 c. sourdough starter
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1/4 c. instant dry milk
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. huckle berries (optional)

Stir together sourdough starter, cooking oil, milk and egg. Beat thoroughly, smoothing out lumps. Combine salt, baking soda and sugar; sprinkle over top of batter, then fold in gently. Fold in huckle berries if desired. Allow batter to rest a few minutes, then fry on a lightly greased griddle.
