SESAME BUTTERED BEANS 
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/4 c. sweet cream butter
9 oz. pkg. frozen whole green beans, thawed and drained
1/2 c. sliced (1/8 inch) onion
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

In heavy 2 quart saucepan, toast sesame seeds. Add butter; melt. Stir in remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat until tender (5-10 minutes). Flour (1/2 cup) servings.
