1 1/4 c. egg white
3 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat egg whites until soft peaks and gradually add sugar a little at a time. Continue to beat. Spread into a torte pan (springform). Bake at 500 degrees. Turn off oven and leave in overnight. Do not peek. Serve with strawberries and whipped cream.
