SEASHELL-PROVOLONE CASSEROLE 
3 med. onions
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef
1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar plain spaghetti sauce
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. seashell macaroni
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone
3 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Saute onions in butter in large skillet just until tender. Add ground beef and cook until brown, stirring to crumble meat. Add spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic salt to meat mixture. Cook macaroni according to package directions except reduce salt to 1 1/2 teaspoons, drain.

Place half of macaroni in deep 4-quart greased casserole. Layer with half of meat sauce, half of Provolone, and half sour cream. Repeat layers and top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes. Serves about 12.
