1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. chili powder
2 cans hominy, drained well
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 sm. bag crushed corn chips
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz with jalapeno peppers

In a saucepan mix onion, mushroom soup, Cheez Whiz, black pepper and chili powder. Heat until hot. Drain hominy. Place in a greased 9x12x2-inch casserole pan. Pour soup mixture over the hominy. Top with the crushed corn chips. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
