VIRGINIA'S MEATBALLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
2 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper
1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1 med. garlic clove, crushed fine
1 c. grated Romano cheese

Mix all ingredients well. Roll into balls. Brown, drop into sauce.
