1 c. whipping cream
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. dry white wine
3 tsp. sugar
3 tsp. sweet basil
1 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
3 tsp. chopped parsley
1/2 c. paprika

Combine all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Place in refrigerator overnight. (It will triple in volume.) Stir before serving. Yield: 3 cups.
