CHOCOLATE RUM PUDDING 
2 c. French bread cubes
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. raisins
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla

SAUCE:

1/2 c. butter, softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. rum or 1/2 tsp. rum extract

Place bread cubes in large bowl. Add milk and let stand 10 minutes. In small bowl, combine sugar, cocoa and cinnamon. Combine eggs, raisins, butter and vanilla; add sugar and mix well. Stir in bread. Pour into ungreased 10 x 6 inch baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serve warm with Sweet Rum Hard Sauce. Serves 6 to 8.

SAUCE: In small bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Add rum. Beat until fluffy. Cover and chill.

Make sauce first to allow to chill.
