DANISH RUM PUDDING | |
6 egg yolks 1 c. sugar 6 egg whites 1/2 c. rum 2 tbsp. gelatin, softened in 1/2 c. water 1 c. whipping cream Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon-colored. Add sugar, rum. Fold in previously beaten egg whites. Beat gelatin until clear. Stir gelatin into whipped cream; stir whipped cream into egg mixture. Chill overnight. May serve with fresh strawberries. May add grated chocolate, glazed fruit. |
