REFRIGERATOR DESSERT 
FIRST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter, melted

Mix together and press in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees until light brown, about 15 minutes. Cool.

SECOND LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Cream together and spread over the first layer.

THIRD LAYER:

2 regular instant pudding (chocolate is best)
2 1/2 c. milk

Blend together until thick and spread over the second layer. Top with Cool Whip and nuts. Keep refrigerated. Enjoy!
