STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. walnuts
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg whites
1 c. granulated sugar
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipped cream (whipped)

Stir together first four ingredients. Spread evenly in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Leave 2/3 of crumbs in pan.

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries and lemon juice in large bowl with electric mixer. Beat at high speed about 10 minutes until stiff peaks. Fold in whipped cream. Spoon over crumbs. Top with remaining crumbs. Freeze 6 hours or overnight. Cut in squares. Trim with whole strawberries. Serves 10 to 12.
