FROSTED STRAWBERRY SQUARES 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. melted butter

Mix and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir about every 5 minutes. Cool.

Beat 2 egg whites and add the following: 1 cup white sugar, 1 (10 oz.) package frozen strawberries, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, and 1 cup whipping cream, whipped. NOTE: Fold in whipped cream last.

Line bottom of large baking dish with cooled crumbs. Add strawberry mixture and top with 1/3 of the crumbs. Freeze for several hours.
