FRESH PEACH PIE 
3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. peach gelatin
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
Sliced fresh peaches
Whipped topping
Prepared pie shell

Combine the sugar, gelatin, cornstarch and salt in a saucepan. Blend in 1 cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring until gelatin dissolves. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Cool.

Place sliced peaches in a prepared pie shell. Spoon gelatin mixture over peaches. Chill until set. Spread whipped topping over pie. Garnish with additional sliced peaches.
