POLISH LASAGNA 
1/2 c. rice
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 can tomato soup
1 med. head cabbage
2 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. caraway seeds

Chop cabbage coarsely. Cover with water and boil 10 minutes, drain. Cook rice and cool. Mix meats with 2 slightly beaten eggs, chopped onion, seasonings and 1/2 can tomato soup. Add rice, mix well.

Place half the cabbage in lasagna pan, spread evenly. Layer rice and meat mixture over it, and finish with remaining cabbage. Dilute remaining tomato soup with equal amount of water. Pour over all. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven.
