POPPY SEED DRESSING 
1 c. lowfat yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp. poppy seeds

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Allow to stand 30 minutes. Toss with greens.

9 calories per tablespoon. Recommended serving, 1 tablespoon. Makes approximately 16 tablespoons.
