CHOCOLATE CREAMY FROSTING 
Beat together 1 stick butter and 1/2 cup Crisco. Add 1 whole egg and beat well. Add 2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar and 1/2 cup cocoa, both sifted. Add 1 teaspoon salt and enough cold coffee for a smooth spreading consistency. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat well to fluff.
